We invite you to join our team as an **SAP and Master Data Support Analyst** and contribute to the continued success of our company! **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the first point of contact with users; receive, classify, and prioritize incidents; handle master data tickets; and ensure their proper registration and tracking. * Investigate and document master data incidents and tickets, generating detailed reports for resolution or escalation to the functional area. * Implement temporary solutions (workarounds), track permanent resolutions, and ensure service operational continuity. * Keep users informed about the progress of their cases, monitor KPIs, and ensure documentation of implemented solutions.
