Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to prepare and stamp payroll, manage IMSS registrations and cancellations, control incidents, contracts, settlements, and validate reports, ensuring compliance with labor reforms. Employee support and clarification regarding payroll At **\#CosmopolitanGroup**, we are looking for our next talent as a "Payroll Analyst"—learn more details below: **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and stamping of weekly and biweekly payrolls. * IMSS/IDSE registration, cancellation, and modifications. * Control and tracking of incidents, contracts, settlements, and payroll accumulations. * Validation and submission of reports to Accounting and Human Capital. * Management of benefits, payroll cards, loans, vacations, and vouchers. * Payroll budget control and analysis per business unit. * Invoice entry into the EnKontrol system. * Ensuring compliance with current labor reforms. * Employee support and clarification regarding payroll incidents. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in payroll calculation and administration (across multiple legal entities). * **Software:** Intermediate/advanced Excel, SUA, IDSE, SAT. **Key Skills:** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail * Teamwork * Organization and results orientation * Excellent communication * High sense of responsibility and confidentiality * Service-oriented attitude **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Internal benefits * Continuous development Interested candidates are invited to apply through this channel—we look forward to welcoming you!
