Job Summary:
Perform surveillance, inspection, prevention, and anomaly detection activities to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical devices at the facility.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Prevent thefts and unsafe conditions in the facility
3. Control vehicle and personnel entry and exit
**Purpose of the Position / Summary**
Perform surveillance, inspection, prevention, and anomaly detection activities in accordance with the facility's security programs and procedures.
**Expectations / Responsibilities**
* Collaborate in compliance with applicable regulations and standards to ensure medical devices are safe and effective.
* Support control and compliance with regulatory standards and provisions during assigned shifts and/or areas.
* Conduct patrols throughout the facility covering assigned area(s) to prevent and detect thefts, unsafe conditions, misuse of equipment or facilities in general.
* Maintain order and security for internal and external personnel, preventing any incidents that may hinder daily operations and activities.
* Record incidents during assigned shifts and report potential anomalies.
* Control vehicle entry and exit from the facility, recording time, mileage, and destination to ensure optimal conditions for such assets.
* Collaborate with supervisory services for special activities or events.
* Attend to the general public, providing information or assistance regarding general aspects of the institution.
* Follow all applicable procedures established by the organization.
* Supervise and monitor employee entry into our facilities.
* Supervise and monitor supplier entry, as well as receipt of vehicles carrying raw materials.
* Support emergency response activities or any type of contingency and environmental activities. · Contribute to employee safety by detecting and reporting unsafe acts and conditions.
* Comply with CTPAT requirements for inspecting tractors and trailers of the transportation company, as well as all other supply chain security points specified by the Lead Guard.
* Comply with and verify the organization's COVID\-19 prevention measures.
**Qualifications / Education / Experience / Required Skills**
* Completed secondary education. Leadership attitude. Teamwork-oriented.
* Knowledge of security processes and protocols, as well as experience in maintaining logs and/or documenting incidents.
* 1 to 2 years of experience.
* Knowledge of CTPAT.
