Collaboration in sample preparation and conditioning **Cellular Performance Institute, a world-renowned institution, seeks a laboratory technician.** Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, seeks a laboratory technician to perform the collection, identification, and proper handling of biological samples, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene protocols to guarantee reliable results and warm, professional patient care. We are regarded by many as the world’s leading facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly client roster includes professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB, and more. **Responsibilities**: * Collect biological samples (venipuncture, capillary puncture, arterial puncture as applicable, nasopharyngeal swabs, secretions, saliva) * Verify correct patient identification per established protocols * Perform sample collection following quality guidelines * Accurately label and register samples in the system * Ensure appropriate handling, storage, and transport of samples * Maintain the work area stocked with necessary supplies to begin daily operations * Control and safeguard supplies under appropriate conditions * Apply biosafety and infection control standards * Provide warm, empathetic, and professional patient care * Report incidents or non-conforming samples to the relevant department * Ship and transfer samples between laboratories and to reference laboratories * Collaborate in support activities related to sample preparation and conditioning * Assist with administrative tasks related to the laboratory as required. **Requirements**: * Certified or licensed Clinical Laboratory Technician * Minimum 1 year of sample collection experience (preferably in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting) * Extensive knowledge and ability to differentiate among collection tubes * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficiency in venipuncture techniques * Knowledge of biosafety standards * Handling of RPBI (Risk Prevention and Biosafety Instructions) * Sample identification and processing * Basic proficiency in clinical record systems **We Offer**: * All legally mandated benefits * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot * Attendance bonus * Punctuality bonus * Seniority bonus * Grocery vouchers * Free medical consultations * Free emotional support sessions * Free laboratory tests, radiology, and imaging studies **Schedule**: * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM \- 4:30 PM **Salary**: * $15,961\.20 MXN gross monthly (biweekly payment) **ABOUT US** * https://www.instagram.com/cpistemcells Thank you for your interest in this position.
