**Requirements:**
**1\.** Technical background in maintenance.
**2\.** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
**3\.** Knowledge of masonry, electricity, and plumbing.
**4\.** Ability to operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
**5\.** Proficiency in PC/Windows Office applications.
**Responsibilities:**
**1\.** Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across facilities.
**2\.** Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential failures or areas requiring improvement.
**3\.** Manage and coordinate external vendors for specialized work execution—including major repairs, plumbing, electrical services, etc.
**4\.** Review and negotiate maintenance contracts with vendors, ensuring optimal quality-to-price ratio.
**5\.** Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
**6\.** Guarantee that security systems—including fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits—are in optimal condition.
**7\.** Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with governmental and health regulations regarding equipment and facility operations.
**Operational Functions:**
**1\.** Warehouse inventory control.
**2\.** Sanitization of institutional areas.
**3\.** Arrangement of institutional rooms.
**4\.** Respond to assigned work order requests.
**5\.** Complete the annual maintenance schedule.
**6\.** Conduct biweekly fleet vehicle inspections.
**7\.** Responsible for fire extinguishers.
**8\.** Responsible for hazardous and biological-infectious waste (RBHW).
