Job Summary: We are seeking a Multimodal Parking Operator to provide customer service, maintain equipment, collect payments, and issue invoices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate files and issue invoices Matrix Specialized Properties (adjacent to Tijuana International Airport) is seeking a **MULTIMODAL PARKING OPERATOR** **Main Responsibilities:** Maintain excellent customer and parking user service; keep parking equipment operational; promptly address any malfunctions occurring during the day; collect payments, generate files, and issue invoices. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for two weeks, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the following two weeks (rotating); one Saturday on, one Saturday off, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary plus 6% in food vouchers * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Subsidized cafeteria Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Food vouchers Education: * Completed junior high school (Preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) * Cashier: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
