




Job Summary: Ensure proper reception, registration, and safeguarding of income, support administrative and accounting tasks, and manage customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages branch income reception and registration. 2. Assists with administrative tasks and financial closing. 3. Ensures customer satisfaction and handles return management. The primary responsibility is to ensure proper reception, registration, and safeguarding of branch income, as well as supporting administrative and financial closing tasks. Responsibilities: \- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. \- Confirm that corresponding forms are properly entered and updated, such as the Excel Closing Sheet, the Merchandise Order and Delivery Request Form. \- Reconcile cash sales and point-of-sale (POS) terminal sales. \- Verify that each displayed product sold is accompanied by a receipt and recorded on the merchandise outbound sheet, and accounted for in daily transfers. \- Ensure all daily cash receipts are organized with their respective sales receipts and deposited into the appropriate bank accounts, maintaining proper order of daily closings until handed over to the Accounting Department. \- Manage customer monetary refunds, warranty requests, or any customer complaints until resolution and satisfaction are achieved. \- Manage phone calls and emails, prioritizing customers. Requirements * Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (administrative cashier, income control, reporting). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
