Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and operating systems. **Responsabilities** We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our IT team and support the stability, security, and performance of our technology infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems while ensuring users have the tools and support they need to work efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and committed to continuous improvement of systems and processes. **Key Responsabilities** * Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and operating systems. * Manage and support network servers, infrastructure tools, and related services. * Set up user accounts, permissions, and workstation configurations. * Monitor system performance and ensure systems meet operational requirements. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system outages in a timely manner. * Maintain system security through access controls, backups, firewalls, and monitoring tools. * Upgrade systems with new releases, patches, and security updates. * Develop and deliver user training to improve efficiency and security awareness. * Create and maintain internal technical documentation and procedures. * Recommend and implement improvements to enhance IT performance and reliability. * Stay current with emerging technologies, software, and hardware trends. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role. * Certificates or degrees relating to Information Technology, Computer Science. * Experience with LAN, WAN, patch management, Windows Operating systems (including Server), familiar with linux is a plus. * Able to identify computer hardware and components and identify sources of issues. * Install networking equipment (switches, routers, patch cable, access points. * Knowledge of system security (intrusion detection systems), data recovery, and system logging. * Ability to create scripts and batch files (PowerShell, bash, python, perl, or other language). * Experience with automation is a plus. * Familiar with various operating systems and platforms. * Resourcefulness and problem\-solving aptitude. * Excellent communication skills. * Bilingual in Spanish and English * Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $50,000\.00 \- $65,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Programa de referidos * Uniformes gratuitos Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
