You will serve as a key element in aligning business, operational, and human capital objectives, ensuring achievement of strategic metrics such as sales, cost control, labor cost, and EBITDA. **You’ll have greater opportunities if you possess the following:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration (degree holder), with strong training in business management and strategic decision-making. Experience managing multi-unit operations, ensuring business profitability by meeting commercial and financial objectives. Ability to design, implement, and monitor strategies aligned with organizational goals, with a results-oriented and sustainable growth focus. Strong experience in human capital management, including talent development, leadership of high-performing teams, and strengthening organizational culture.
