Description and details of responsibilities **Job Description** **Controller Manager** We are looking for a Controller Manager with strategic vision and strong technical expertise to assume full responsibility for the accounting and finance department, combining executive leadership with direct involvement in operations. This position will be critical to ensuring the reliability of financial information. **Position Objective** Ensure the reliability, integrity, and timeliness of the organization’s financial information through effective supervision and execution of accounting processes, budgetary control, and strengthening of internal controls, generating financial analyses that deliver strategic value to business leadership. Experience and Requirements **Strategic and Operational Responsibilities:** * Ensure integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of financial information. * Lead monthly and annual financial closing, actively participating in its execution. * Prepare and present financial statements to senior management, providing clear analysis and explanations of variances. * Manage budgetary control, including variance analysis and definition of corrective actions. * Supervise and execute general accounting, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes. * Coordinate compliance with tax obligations and internal and external audits. * Evaluate, strengthen, and optimize internal control systems and financial processes. * Drive continuous improvement in accounting operations, promoting efficiency and standardization. * Lead and develop the team, ensuring alignment with the business’s strategic objectives. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in leadership roles within controller or financial accounting functions. * Solid experience with Oracle. * In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. * Strong financial analysis capability and business acumen. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
