A company driven by people!** **Job Purpose:** ---------------- Lead and optimize warehouse or distribution center operations, ensuring productivity, KPI achievement, safety, customer service, and overall logistics efficiency. Guarantee the continuous flow of inbound and outbound merchandise, maintain accurate inventories, and manage cost‑efficient operations through strong leadership, process standardization, and continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities:** ------------------------- * **End‑to‑End Operations Management** Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and storage processes. Ensure compliance with SLA, productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs. * **Team Leadership** Lead large teams of 150–450\+ employees, including supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff. Oversee training, performance management, workplace safety, and team engagement. * **Continuous Improvement \& Process Optimization** Redesign processes, improve productivity, and optimize line balancing. Implement analytics tools, automation, and technology (Python, Power BI, WMS, SAP, TMS). * **Cost \& Budget Management** Control operating costs, labor costs, consumables, and overall budget execution. **Who We Are Looking For:** --------------------------- * 10\+ years in operations/logistics/distribution centers, with progressive growth through leader or managerial roles.
