ACCIONA Energía adheres to the most stringent environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) criteria.** **Job Description** Ensure efficient and secure remote operation of the company’s energy assets across the five control centers, safeguarding personnel, environment, and assets, and maximizing profitability under the direction of CECOER. 1\. Manage human and material resources to ensure optimal operation of control centers. 2\. Implement and enhance control center efficiency, aligned with CECOER’s objectives. 3\. Maintain and improve quality standards for services delivered. 4\. Ensure proper execution of processes through periodic controls and audits. 5\. Coordinate with other CECOER departments regarding technical and operational requirements of control centers. 6\. Manage customers, contracts, and billing for services provided by CECOER. 7\. Monitor costs associated with the control center and propose efficiency improvements. 8\. Identify and coordinate training needs for control center personnel. 9\. Establish and unify quality standards across control centers in Spain, Australia, Chile, and Chicago. 10\. Interact with production teams to address service-related requirements and incidents. 11\. Coordinate communication with grid operators and other grid control centers. 12\. Represent CECOER’s brand image during visits and presentations. 13\. Identify and manage operational risks and opportunities at control centers. **Candidate Requirements** EDUCATION * Industrial/Electrical Engineering or equivalent EXPERIENCE * Experience managing teams in the power generation sector, with emphasis on control center operations and shift work. SKILLS * Real-time decision-making * Leadership * Analytical ability * Problem-solving * Working under pressure SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE Languages * Advanced English proficiency Tools * Proficiency in supervision and data analysis tools applied to remote control center operations.
