Implement process improvements and ensure order and safety **Warehouse Manager** **Work Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of warehouse experience**, preferably in supervisory or managerial roles * Knowledge of **inventory control, goods receipt and dispatch** * Handling of physical, cycle, and general inventories * Experience supervising operational staff * Proficiency in warehouse reports and KPIs * Familiarity with warehouse safety and housekeeping standards * Valid **Class C driver's license** * Leadership, organizational skills, and focus on continuous improvement **Responsibilities:** * Supervise goods receipt, verifying quantities, physical condition, and supporting documentation * Record material receipts and dispatches in the system * Coordinate storage, placement, and classification of merchandise * Execute and coordinate physical, cycle, and general inventories * Analyze inventory discrepancies and follow up on corrections * Coordinate order picking, preparation, and delivery * Organize and coordinate material delivery and distribution * Prepare daily reports on movements, inventories, and incidents * Follow up on returns, rejections, and deliveries * Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations * Coordinate preventive maintenance for the area and equipment * Implement operational process improvements and request necessary supplies for operations **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Up to $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Employee discount * Gym discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Work Location: On-site employment
