Position Summary: This Quality Technician role at Molex involves being a key player in achieving quality objectives, ensuring compliance with procedures and conducting product audits. Coordinate quality auditor activities per shift Your Role As a Quality Technician at Molex, you will be a key contributor to achieving both customer-facing and internal quality objectives. Your role includes ensuring compliance with quality management system procedures and performing product audits. You will support production floor quality and coordinate with Quality Engineering to provide feedback on manufacturing quality levels. Our Team You will join the Global Shared Plants (GSP) division, specifically at Guadalajara South. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high quality standards across our production lines. You will report to the Quality Engineer and supervise Quality Auditors. Together, we work toward continuous improvement and excellence in product quality and safety. What You Will Do * Provide feedback on manufacturing line quality levels based on process and product audits. * Assist in implementing containment and/or corrective actions arising from customer complaints or internal issues. * In coordination with Quality Engineering, develop inspection plans used in product audits, based on customer specifications. * Conduct manufacturing process audits to verify compliance with quality management system procedures. * Coordinate quality auditor activities per shift. * Create control documents (standard inspection instructions). * Issue quality alerts. * Coordinate execution of the Safe Launch plan. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Education: Technical level or equivalent * Experience in automotive manufacturing or a related quality field. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools * SAP experience * Ability to use measurement tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.) * Availability to work rotating shifts What Will Set You Apart * SAP experience * At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
