




Job Summary: Experienced Sales Driver in the distribution of groceries and pharmaceuticals, focused on customer service, route compliance, and on-site negotiation at delivery points. In-depth knowledge of routes and logistics Driver Profile – Groceries and Pharmaceuticals Profile Summary: Sales Driver with experience in marketing and distribution of grocery and pharmaceutical products, customer-service oriented and committed to route compliance. Capable of operating heavy-duty trucks, performing safe and efficient deliveries, and negotiating directly with customers at the delivery point. Possesses extensive knowledge of roads in Jalisco and other regions of the country, and holds a valid commercial driver’s license for heavy cargo vehicles. Main Responsibilities: • Deliver goods (groceries and pharmaceuticals) to customers on time and as scheduled, ensuring accurate documentation. • Provide direct customer service during deliveries, addressing inquiries, collecting payments, and promoting additional products. • Ensure proper handling of goods during transit and unloading, maintaining product integrity. • Adhere strictly to assigned routes and report incidents or deviations. • Maintain the truck in optimal operational condition and perform preventive inspections. • Track deliveries, delivery notes, invoices, and received payments Requirements: • Completed secondary education or high school diploma (preferred). • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales driver or delivery driver, preferably in groceries, food, or pharmaceutical sectors. • Experience operating radio-frequency equipment (handheld devices and ring scanners). • Valid Class C or equivalent commercial driver’s license for heavy cargo trucks. • In-depth knowledge of roads in Jalisco and national routes. • Strong driving record and responsibility in vehicle care. • Customer-oriented attitude, honesty, and sales skills.
