Ensures legal compliance and conducts labor audits. **HR Coordinator** Job Specifications: General Responsibilities: * Organizational management and salary structure * Supervision of HR policies and processes * Legal compliance and labor audit * Payroll and benefits administration * Personnel movement control (hires, terminations, IMSS) * Management of incidents, bonuses, and vacations * Contract and benefits administration * Loan, debt, and sanction control * Biweekly and weekly payroll calculation * Calculation and payment of severance pay upon termination * Calculation and payment of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Calculation and payment of profit-sharing (PTU) * Preparation and electronic stamping (timbrado) of biweekly and weekly payroll receipts * Downloading stamped biweekly payroll receipts to compile folders for month-end closing * Auditing personnel files and legal compliance at corporate office and plant * Plant visits five times per biweek (Armeria–Manzanillo Free Highway) Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering with HR focus, or related field * 5 years of experience in similar positions * Experience coordinating and administering personnel (100 people) * Valid driver's license and standard driving skills Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM / Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM Salary Range $22,000–$24,000 + benefits Salary: $22,000.00–$24,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
