Reporting to the **Production Manager**, responsible for managing a production line, ensuring proper utilization of human resources, materials, machinery, and time to correctly execute production plans. **A Day in the Life:** * Monitor daily production plan execution. * Manage and develop assigned personnel. * End-to-end process ownership. * Bottleneck analysis. * Hourly performance tracking. * Work order closeout. **Experience We’re Seeking to Add to Our Team:** * Engineering degree or related experience. * Production Supervisor experience. * Experience in low- and high-volume manufacturing. * Electronics manufacturing experience. * Knowledge of backend structural components and finished goods. * Lean Manufacturing knowledge. * Familiarity with production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * Personnel management experience. * General Excel proficiency. * 5S. * Flexible availability. * English is a plus. * ERP knowledge (WD and KRONOS) would be a plus. * Bone pile knowledge. * Work order (WO) closeout. * Material re-injection knowledge. * Repair experience is a plus. * Shift 3\. **What You’ll Receive for Your Outstanding Work:** * Competitive salary. * Life and GMM insurance. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Meal vouchers. * Savings fund.
