Job Summary: Ensure operational continuity of branches through the maintenance program, technological infrastructure management, and user support. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the annual maintenance program across all branches 2. Manage servers and critical applications to ensure operational continuity 3. Manage technological infrastructure and provide proactive user support **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure operational continuity across all branches by strictly implementing the Annual Maintenance Program, efficiently managing technological infrastructure, and delivering proactive user support. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Annual Maintenance Program Management:** Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment and peripherals across all branches, ensuring adherence to annual schedules. * **Technical Support:** Resolve incidents via help desk and remote support tools. * **Project Management:** Oversee assigned technical implementations, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. * **Infrastructure Management:** Monitor and maintain closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and network equipment. * **Asset Control:** Responsible for technological inventory and hardware resource allocation. * **Business Continuity:** Administer servers, critical applications, and information/database backup systems to prevent loss of digital assets. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * **Advanced Maintenance:** PC hardware, laptops, thermal and office printers. * **Planning and Control:** Proficiency in project management methodologies and maintenance scheduling. * **Networking and Security:** CCTV administration, communication equipment configuration, and remote support. * **Software:** Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite. * **Server Administration:** Windows Server environments and backup management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Administrative Informatics, or related field. * Mobility: Valid driver's license and ability to operate a standard vehicle (frequent branch travel required). * Availability: Flexible working hours according to the maintenance program’s needs. **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits.
