




Job Summary: Administer and operate the Backup Platform, providing first- and second-level support to customers and technological solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration and operation of backup platform 2. First- and second-level support for customers and solutions 3. Knowledge of backup and storage tools The Backup Platform must remain continuously available according to the requirements of various company departments. This role focuses on administering and operating the Backup Platform, delivering first- and second-level support to diverse customers and technological solutions. Required Knowledge: Knowledge of tools such as: DELL EMC, IBM, Commvault, VEEM. Backups. Disk-based backups, virtual library backups, tape backups, robotic arm backups. Storage, managing block devices, TCP/IP, iSCSI, LUN, SAN (Storage Area Network). NAS, configuring TCP/IP, Hardware: port speeds, switches, directors, networks. Permissions, quotas. Windows, Linux. NAS protocols: TCP/IP, NFS for Linux, SMB or CIFS for Windows. Managing SAN switches. Requirements ►Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field; degree must be completed ►5 years of experience ►Location: San Luis Potosí and surrounding areas.
