As a Data Science Consultant, you will play a vital role in converting data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. **Responsibilities** * Lead the creation, development, and implementation of ML/AI solutions, ensuring both technical leadership and strategic alignment * Design and deploy responsible AI systems, tailoring them to client needs through comprehensive planning and rigorous evaluation * Champion AI adoption across organizational departments, driving innovation through new products and solutions * Analyze complex client challenges and identify how ML/AI solutions can effectively address them * Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers, fostering leadership and mentorship to elevate team expertise * Monitor advancements in ML/AI technology, promoting innovative practices that meet regulatory compliance * Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among business, legal, and technical stakeholders * Oversee the development of ML solutions, manage project scopes, and guide teams from the sales process through delivery * Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction levels * Engage with senior clients to elevate AI adoption across their organizations * Support sales and pre\-sales efforts by evaluating data opportunities, crafting RFP responses, and developing compelling proposals **Requirements** * 8\+ years of experience in IT with a strong background in Data Science * 3\+ years of leadership roles, such as Lead, Manager, or Architect, in Agile or hybrid settings * Experience managing teams of 20\+ members * Participation in at least 5 complete project cycles or major product launches * Extensive leadership background in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI * Proven record of designing and implementing ML/AI solutions * In\-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, including deep learning, statistical methods, and various ML models * Ability to engage senior stakeholders to secure project support or funding * Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences * Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow * Capability to translate complex business requirements into feasible ML/AI solutions * Familiarity with regulatory environments or experience in highly regulated industries * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Advanced proficiency in English **Nice to have** * Showcase of additional certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning * Background in public speaking or leading workshops on AI\-related topics
