As a Data Science Consultant, you will play a critical role in converting data into actionable strategies that support decisive business outcomes. **Responsibilities** * Lead the creation, development, and implementation of ML/AI solutions, offering both technical guidance and strategic insights * Design and deploy responsible AI systems, personalizing solutions to meet client objectives through strategic planning and rigorous assessment * Champion company\-wide AI integration, driving innovation with tailored products and solutions * Analyze client business problems and outline how ML/AI frameworks address them effectively * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers, offering mentoring and leadership to strengthen team performance * Monitor advancements in ML/AI technology and advocate for compliant, cutting\-edge practices * Facilitate alignment between business, legal, and technical teams for efficient project execution * Develop ML tools, manage project scopes, and guide teams from sales engagement through solution delivery * Establish meaningful client partnerships to ensure their continued satisfaction and trust * Engage senior\-level client stakeholders, fostering confidence in the integration of AI across their organizations * Support client acquisition efforts by assessing data\-driven opportunities, participating in RFPs, and crafting compelling proposals **Requirements** * 8\+ years of experience in IT, with a robust background in Data Science * 3\+ years holding leadership positions such as Lead, Manager, or Architect in Agile or hybrid settings * History of managing teams with at least 20 members * Involvement in a minimum of five full project lifecycles or significant product launches * Significant leadership experience in fields such as Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI * Proven record of successfully designing and implementing ML/AI systems * In\-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, including deep learning, statistical methods, and diverse ML models * Competency in engaging senior\-level stakeholders to secure project buy\-in or funding * Strong communication skills for explaining intricate technical ideas to varied audiences * Proficiency in Python and ML tools like PyTorch or TensorFlow * Capability to translate intricate business demands into actionable ML/AI designs * Familiarity with regulated industries or experience in regulatory\-focused technology applications * Understanding of cloud platforms—including AWS, Azure, or GCP * Advanced proficiency in English to enable seamless communication and collaboration **Nice to have** * Showcase of additional certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning * Familiarity with presenting or leading workshops on AI and related fields
