




Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates workshop activities, ensuring maintenance compliance, proposing improvements, and managing technical personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and supervision of workshop technical staff 2. Comprehensive management of preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Process optimization and operational monitoring * Ø Supervise workshop activities and assigned personnel * Ø Ensure timely and proper execution of preventive maintenance * Ø Stay continuously updated on maintenance trends for our engines * Propose and implement process improvements within the department * Ø Overall workshop coordination * Ø Develop maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules * Ø Monitor preventive maintenance programs, vehicle requests, and execution * Ø Assign personnel to repair vehicles in the workshop * Ø Supervise technical staff work * Ø Validate damaged parts identified during inspections * Ø Coordinate roadside assistance operations * Ø Address fault reports provided by operations * Ø Prepare technical assessments and photographic reports for major repairs * Ø Verify expenses related to roadside assistance or technical staff field assignments * Ø Supervise use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by staff * Ø Generate quotations * Ø Request vehicles with mileage deviations for preventive maintenance * Ø Track open work orders * Ø Manage workshop expenditures against budget allocations * Ø Validate weekly overtime for technical staff * Ø Coordinate technical staff shift rosters * Ø Morning report on vehicles in the workshop * Ø Prepare reports requested by the Maintenance Management team Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $27,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Company parking * Free parking * Life insurance * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
