Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily production line operations, supervise staff, assign tasks, and resolve issues in a recycling company. Minimum Education: Engineering degree Monthly Salary: MXN 18,000, plus statutory benefits, food vouchers, INFONAVIT, FONACOT **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise, manage, and coordinate daily production line operations to ensure production targets are met. * Staff supervision * Task assignment * Problem resolution and communication among different departments. **Rotating Shift Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM (including a one-hour meal break).
