Our citrus products are available across all distribution channels, and our consumer brands are especially prominent in the produce sections of supermarkets globally, under our flagship brands: Wonderful Halos Mandarins, Wonderful Seedless Lemons, and Wonderful Sweet Scarletts Texas Red Grapefruit. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Supervisory Chef** responsible for coordinating and supervising cafeteria operations within our facilities, ensuring food quality, cost control, compliance with food safety regulations, and effective team leadership. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Plan and coordinate cafeteria activities (monthly, weekly, and daily) * Supervise food preparation, including timing, portioning, and quality * Conduct food costing and budget control * Lead, organize, and supervise the kitchen team, promoting efficiency and a positive work environment * Supervise operations across various cafeterias within the facility * Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for improvement * Ensure compliance with food safety standards (cleanliness, expiration dates, temperatures) * Manage inventory and supplies **Requirements** **What You’ll Bring to the Team:** * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related field (degree required) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in cafeterias, restaurants, or hospitality * Knowledge of regional and international cuisines, as well as basic pastry * Experience managing staff * Knowledge of cost and budget control * Inventory and warehouse management experience * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate English (preferred) **Salary Range:** $21,000 – $22,000 MXN per month.
