Our offer includes: * **Base Salary**: MXN 60,000–65,000 per month, inclusive of statutory benefits, fully nominal compensation, medical expense insurance, life insurance, connectivity service allowance, and food vouchers. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Remote **What We’re Looking For** * 5–7 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Data Lead. * Advanced English proficiency for training and work sessions. * Strong requirements-gathering skills with end users and effective stakeholder management across various business units. * 4–5 years of experience using Python for data design and modeling (e.g., #NF, dimensional, STAR, semantic layers), data prototyping, and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. * 4–5 years of experience designing, developing, and modeling data warehouses; building ETL/ELT data flows; SFTP processing; pipelines from diverse sources (APIs, streaming, databases); data lakes; SQL queries; stored procedures on Snowflake Cloud Data Platform; and integrating DBT with orchestrators such as Airflow, BigQuery, Dagster, Fivetran, and Airbyte. * 4–5 years of advanced Snowflake expertise: Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Time Travel, RBAC, resource monitors. * 2 years of experience designing data models using Medallion architecture, Data Mesh, or Modern Data Warehouse approaches. * Advanced knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB, Redis, etc.). * Familiarity with and hands-on experience in cloud DevOps on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
