If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- **The DL Recruiter will be located in Guadalajara, North Campus.** Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the recruiter will be responsible for a variety of recruitment activities to ensure the organization’s talent acquisition process is efficient, effective, and equitable. **What a typical day looks like:** * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of operational positions. * Conduct in-person interviews with candidates. * Coordinate interviews with candidates. * Track recruitment activities and vacancy status without compromising the organization’s privacy and confidentiality standards. * Build and maintain relationships with candidates to foster a positive experience and develop a future talent pipeline. * Apply competency-based interviewing techniques to assess, screen, and select candidates, as well as provide feedback to non-selected candidates according to pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies. * Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment events, providing potential candidates with the opportunity to learn about the company and its hiring processes. **Experience we seek to bring to the team:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related Human Resources fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and advanced Outlook skills. * Preferred experience with social media and job boards (OCC, Indeed, etc.). * Experience recruiting for operational roles (warehouse staff, production, technicians, etc.). * Experience in mass recruitment and managing large candidate pools.
