If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- The **Facilities Technician (Projects)** located in **Guadalajara Norte****.** **Here are some examples of the activities you will be performing:** * Reviewing production floor requirements prior to defining scopes for electromechanical projects (reviewing existing facilities) with the client (industrial) * Managing and controlling materials and tasks across various electromechanical projects * Executing work on electromechanical installations (electrical supply, compressed air, vacuum, and nitrogen) jointly with the supplier according to engineering specifications (scopes) * Supervising HVAC and exhaust system installations jointly with the supplier according to engineering specifications (scopes) * Managing work permits (critical work, work at height, electrical work) jointly with the supplier, SSyMA, and Facilities * Requesting and administering materials required for project execution * Reporting progress on scheduled tasks timely and accurately * Making decisions aligned with project execution needs and proposing solutions to problems, reviewing them collectively * Delivering completed projects to the involved departments **Essential Skills for this Role:** * Completed technical degree in industrial electricity, industrial installations, or related field * Knowledge of industrial installations * Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations * Knowledge of mechanical installations such as electric welding, PVC and copper piping installations * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical materials * Availability to rotate shifts * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Ability to operate tools (manual and electric) and specialized equipment (lifting equipment) * Ability to interpret electrical schematics (single-line diagrams) * Ability to interpret drawings (layout) **Here are some examples of our benefits:** * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation premium * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Transportation * Subsidized cafeteria . **Job Category** ---------------- Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
