Job Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager to create, plan, manage, and publish social media content, as well as increase online sales through digital strategies. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: * Academic Background: Higher Technical University Degree in Marketing or Advertising, or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field (in progress or completed) * Age: 20–30 years old * Gender: Unrestricted * Marital Status: Unrestricted RESPONSIBILITIES Create, plan, manage, and publish social media content. FUNCTIONS * Develop an online publication calendar for all social media platforms. * Direct customer communication. * Interaction with suppliers. * Analyze and report on performance metrics. * Posting, scheduling, monitoring, and engaging with the company’s social media accounts. * Research and review all available information regarding services in your industry sector, including customer opinions about the organization and/or its brand. * Relay social media feedback to the relevant departments within the organization. * Increase online sales through digital strategies and social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) **Monthly base salary of $15,221.79 BEFORE taxes (+) productivity bonuses of $3,000.00 (+) statutory benefits** Work Schedule: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday–Friday, plus one Saturday per month (8:00 AM–2:00 PM).
