We are looking for a Procurement Assistant for a major company. We need a candidate with skills in administration, procurement, and leadership development. You will be responsible for managing the procurement process—from identifying suppliers to receiving goods. Your empathy will be essential to understanding the needs of our customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth and effective communication. Additionally, you must have experience preparing invoices and using Microsoft Office for document and database management. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, and managing inventory. It is important that you maintain a proactive attitude and can work collaboratively, as leadership development is fundamental to this role. Analytical ability and attention to detail will also be key aspects of your performance. This is an on-site position, requiring regular attendance at the company’s office.
