Job Summary: We are seeking a collection manager and credit promoter to recover overdue portfolios and promote the placement of new financing, ensuring cash flow and profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage overdue portfolio recovery in person or via telephone. 2. Negotiate payment agreements and payment commitments. 3. Promote the placement of new credits. Job Objective Recover overdue portfolios and promote credit placements, achieving established targets to ensure operational cash flow and profitability. · Duties and Responsibilities Manage overdue portfolio recovery in person or via telephone. Conduct home visits to clients with outstanding debts. Negotiate payment agreements and payment commitments. Promote the placement of new credits. Record daily collection activities and results. Follow up with active and overdue clients. Achieve recovery and placement targets. Report incidents or high-risk accounts. Work Schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday Special condition: Saturday work if targets are not met Payment: Weekly (every Saturday) Bonuses: Paid with a one-week delay Target and Incentive Scheme Recovery target: $1,250 Placement target: $1,500 Work Area Michoacán Jalisco Querétaro Morelia Colima Nayarit Sinaloa Job Requirements Completed high school diploma (minimum) Desirable: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree Driver’s license (for driving) Experience Experience in collections, sales, or customer service Field experience preferred Knowledge Collection techniques Negotiation Basic use of mobile devices or systems WE OFFER: Weekly take-home pay Statutory benefits Job stability Excellent working environment Bonuses WORK AREA: Col.
