




Job Summary: Ensure optimal operation and performance of refrigeration and automation systems by monitoring telemetrics and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the proper operation and performance of refrigeration and automation systems installed at customer facilities through continuous telemetric monitoring, thermal behavior analysis, and after-sales technical support, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and operational equipment efficiency. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Continuously monitor telemetrics and parameters such as temperature, pressure, energy consumption, and system performance of installed equipment. - Analyze anomalous behaviors or deviations in readings to prevent failures or inefficiencies. - Provide remote or on-site technical support to customers reporting incidents in refrigeration systems. - Prepare technical reports and equipment performance analyses based on collected data. - Coordinate with project or corrective maintenance teams to implement required preventive or adjustment actions. - Participate in technical training for customers on proper use of automated systems. - Ensure updating of the telemetric database, logbooks, and technical intervention records. - Support implementation of continuous improvements in monitoring and control systems. - Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure post-sales satisfaction and trust. REQUIREMENTS - Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Refrigeration Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field. - Experience: 2–4 years in technical service, after-sales, or maintenance of industrial refrigeration or automation systems. - Technical knowledge: Principles of industrial refrigeration and temperature control, reading and interpretation of telemetrics and SCADA systems, data analysis and fault diagnosis, safety standards for refrigeration equipment.
