(ONI), we are looking for you:** **Position Objective** To plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate ONI’s educational program, strengthen the facilitator team’s capacities, and ensure that content is culturally relevant, rights-based, gender-sensitive, and intercultural—both in urban contexts and Indigenous communities. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise the proper implementation of the educational program. * Coordinate, train, and monitor the facilitator team. * Design and update educational content, workshops, and materials on nutrition, parenting, and child development. * Monitor and evaluate the program’s impact using learning and behavioral change indicators. * Produce reports, analysis of results, and proposals for continuous improvement. * Strengthen collaboration with communities, authorities, universities, and partner organizations. * Ensure documentation, systematization, and safeguarding of educational area information. **Required Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences, Pedagogy, or related field (degree and professional license required). Minimum 1 year of experience implementing community-based educational programs or non-formal education. At least 1 year leading or coordinating work teams. **Requirements** * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency.
