Performance-based commissions and bonuses At MacStore, Apple's #1 distributor, we are looking for: · A computer and telecommunications equipment repair technician for the MACSTORE GRAN PLAZA branch Profile: * Completed high school / technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telecommunications repair. * Passion for customer care and service. * Residence near the work location. Responsibilities: * Provide first- and second-level Apple user support. * Personalized assistance and issue resolution. * Follow-up on completed services. * Promotion and placement of additional services. * Achievement of performance metrics and indicators.
