Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Junior Human Resources Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for our employees during the night shift. Key Highlights: 1. Junior Human Resources Analyst (Fixed Evening or Night Shift) · Be the Human Resources leader at our site! We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and highly responsible Junior Human Resources Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for our employees during the night shift. If you are passionate about direct interpersonal interaction, resolving on-floor issues, and ensuring seamless execution of administrative processes, this is your opportunity! · Your key responsibilities: Pre-Payroll Management: Register, review, and conduct daily follow-up on incidents (attendance, absences, overtime, vacation days) to ensure accurate employee compensation. On-Floor Attention and Proximity: Conduct regular walkthroughs across production lines to address questions and requests, and maintain excellent internal communication with staff. Personnel Administration: Ensure correct execution of administrative processes (employment contracts, terminations, salary slip distribution, etc.). · Candidate Profile (Mandatory Requirements): Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in personnel administration, pre-payroll calculation, and labor relations (preferably within manufacturing plants). Technical Knowledge: Basic/intermediate Excel skills (data cross-referencing, filters, basic formulas for reporting). Knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT). Language: Basic/intermediate English (ability to read reports, send emails, and provide basic support). Availability: Exclusive availability to work fixed shifts: 3:00 PM–10:30 PM or 10:30 PM–7:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. · Competencies (Soft Skills): Empathy and service orientation: You will be the primary support for night-shift operations. Autonomy and decision-making: Ability to resolve unexpected situations without direct supervision.
