Position Summary: We are seeking an SAP IT Support professional to ensure the operation, updating, and evolution of technological tools, aligning systems with internal processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer technological systems and platforms (CRM, ERP) 2. Identify technological needs and propose solutions 3. We are looking for: ***SAP IT SUPPORT*** **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation, updating, and evolution of the organization’s technological tools, guaranteeing their alignment with internal processes and systematization requirements. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$18,000** * Weekly gross payment of **$4,500** * Statutory benefits * **$1,000** monthly food vouchers * Ongoing training and certifications * Work location: near Parque Agua Azul (close to Macrobús and 6 blocks from Line 1 of the light rail) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems, or related field * Knowledge and experience with CRM and SAP * Minimum 5 years in systematization, strategic planning, or technology management * Experience in digital transformation, continuous improvement, and process design **Responsibilities:** * Administer technological systems and platforms (CRM, ERP, etc.). * Identify the team’s technological needs and propose solutions. * Provide functional technical support to staff. * Implement automations and improvements in current systems. * Monitor security, stability, and performance of tools. * Collaborate on system integration with other departments.
