Position Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the monitoring and validation of maintenance, renovation, and construction work in accordance with technical standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure validation of maintenance and construction work 2. Digitalization of supports for points of sale and infrastructure 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD REQUIREMENTS: Civil engineering degree or architecture degree. 2 to 3 years of experience in similar positions. Basic knowledge of safety and health regulations related to construction. Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD. Valid driver's license. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure monitoring and validation of maintenance, renovation, and construction work, adhering to current technical standards and specifications across various business models and group projects, as well as digitalizing necessary documentation to ensure proper operation of various points of sale and infrastructure. Salary: $16,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
