Position Summary: We are seeking a QHSE Supervisor with experience in personnel management, audits, and regulatory compliance within the oil or energy industry. Key Highlights: 1. Leads teams and manages field crises 2. Experience in implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems 3. Hazardous waste and chemical substances management *QHSE Supervisor* *Experience* * Personnel Management (Essential). * Staff training and safety talks. * Knowledge of regulations and standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 * Hazardous waste management and chemical substances handling. * Use and handling of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Compliance with established safety rules and procedures. * Environmental impact mitigation plans * Hazardous waste management (NOM-052-SEMARNAT) * Monitoring and control of pollutant emissions * Internal and external audits * Identification of nonconformities and corrective action plans * Performance indicators (safety and quality KPIs) * Environmental and labor laws in Mexico * Proficiency in safety and environmental management software. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in **QHSE roles within the oil or energy industry.** * **Gender: Not specified** * State License * Experience in **implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems**. * Emergency response team management and drills. * Ability to lead teams and manage field crises. * Certifications as Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001.
