Career growth and continuous learning ### **Position Objective** Build a trained, motivated, empowered, and integrated team of Portfolio Managers, ensuring retention through leadership to maximize management of assigned clients by offering payment solutions and alternatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Select and onboard top candidates to fulfill the role of Delinquent Portfolio Manager. * Ensure the Delinquent Portfolio Manager understands the Key Tasks process. * Ensure knowledge and mastery of tools and alternatives enabling the team to recover assigned portfolio. * Train and develop Delinquent Portfolio Managers to recover the maximum amount in the shortest possible time. * Motivate team members through leadership to retain them and foster long-term engagement. * Evaluate and provide feedback on Portfolio Managers’ performance. **Requirements** * Leadership skills. * Experience managing work teams. * Analytical skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Communication skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Conflict resolution ability. **Value Proposition** * Weekly base salary. * Statutory benefits (Vacation starting at 12 days per year, Vacation bonus of 25% annually, Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 15 days per year, increasing with tenure.
