Position Summary: Design, construct, assemble, and repair wooden furniture and structures, serving as the technical reference and overseeing work quality. Key Highlights: 1. Furniture and structural design, construction, and assembly. 2. Technical reference in the workshop and quality supervisor. 3. Collaboration with designers and project planning. · Design, construct, and assemble furniture, structures, and products according to drawings and technical specifications. · Perform wood cutting, assembly, fitting, and finishing using hand tools and specialized machinery. · Repair and restore damaged or deteriorated carpentry components. · Serve as the technical reference in the workshop, guiding carpenters on advanced techniques and problem-solving. · Supervise specific tasks to ensure compliance with quality and precision standards. · Provide basic training to new team members on carpentry tools and processes. · Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and specifications to determine dimensions, materials, and procedures. · Conduct precise measurements and necessary adjustments during fabrication or assembly. · Collaborate with designers, architects, or supervisors to implement project adjustments or modifications. · Report progress on assigned tasks and meet established deadlines. · Participate in meetings to plan projects and contribute ideas for improving processes and products.
