Manages unionized personnel and safety protocols. **Job Description** ------------------------- Coordinate and manage human and material resources within the assigned plant, applying established processes to comply with operational standards of quality and service. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Coordinates proper execution of the production plan to meet organizational and customer requirements. * Monitors, controls, and ensures daily availability of production raw materials. * Manages and supervises unionized personnel within the business unit. * Responsible for correct implementation of safety protocols and procedures reflecting Cemex policies and brand image within the business unit. * Supervises and ensures plant operational processes and delivery logistics with service centers and customers to meet NPS standards. * Validates and requests scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance for fixed and mobile equipment in the business unit. * Performs material dosing according to requirements for concrete production. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Promote initiatives focused on improving safety culture at plants. * Achieve correct implementation of applicable ISO and SGI procedures within the business unit. * Improve service indicators aligned with NPS objectives. * Support initiatives focused on improving productivity indicators such as staffing adjustments, vacations, personnel reallocations, equipment, and logistics. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Required Knowledge: * Knowledge of production systems. * Inventory management and control. * SAP (desirable) * Intermediate Office software proficiency.
