Job Summary: Fast-net is seeking an Installation Technician Assistant to support the installation, cable laying, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks, ensuring high-speed connectivity. We are seeking an **Installation Technician Assistant**: * Assist in service installation and fiber optic work * Lay optical cables of various lengths * Cable routing and longitudinal cutting * Pole dressing * Locating damage in optical cables * Testing fiber optic cables; assist with OTDR and power meter measurements * Assist in executing fiber optic installation and repair tasks * Assemble first- and second-level splice enclosures, as well as execute infrastructure projects and preventive maintenance tasks on the company’s fiber optic network, performing any other duties as assigned **Preferred location:** Nacajuca, Pomoca, Tierra Colorada, or surrounding areas **High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in:** Information Technology or Systems, Construction Electrician, Data Networks, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field With verifiable experience. *Please attach an updated CV.* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Referral program * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
