Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Route Assistant to ensure the optimal operation, cleaning, and replenishment of coffee machines while maintaining courteous interactions with customers. Development of route operation and inventory control skills. We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual to join our team as a **Maquinitas Route Assistant**. Your mission will be to ensure that our coffee machines are always ready, clean, and fully stocked for our customers. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Replenishment:** Loading, unloading, and restocking supplies (coffee, milk, sugar, cups) in vending machines. * **Maintenance and Hygiene:** Performing deep cleaning (internal and external) and basic preventive maintenance on equipment. * **Route Operation:** Assisting in daily visit planning and operating a standard vehicle when required. * **Control:** Recording used inventory and reporting technical failures at sales points. * **Customer Service:** Resolving basic user inquiries and maintaining courteous interactions with staff at visited locations. **What do we require from you?** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Technical Skills:** It is **mandatory** to know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license. * **Physical Condition:** Ability to manually load, unload, and transport supplies, as well as stand for extended periods. * **Attitude:** Service orientation, honesty, punctuality, and ability to work autonomously. * **Experience:** Preferred experience in delivery, maintenance, warehouse operations, or customer service. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **What do we offer?** * **Weekly salary of $2,205.28** * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, Infonavit, vacation days, and vacation bonus as stipulated by law. * **Tools:** Utility vehicle for route operations. * **Stability:** Indefinite-term contract (following probationary period).
