Supervises operational processes, logistics, and equipment maintenance. **Job Description** ------------------------- Coordinate and manage human and material resources within the assigned plant, applying established processes to meet quality and service operational standards. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Coordinate proper execution of the production plan to meet organizational and customer requirements. * Monitor, control, and ensure daily availability of production raw materials. * Manage and supervise unionized personnel within the business unit. * Responsible for correct implementation of safety protocols and procedures reflecting Cemex policies and brand image within the business unit. * Supervise and ensure operational plant processes and delivery logistics to service centers and customers, meeting NPS standards. * Validate and request scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance for fixed and mobile equipment in the business unit. * Perform material batching according to requirements for concrete production. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Promote initiatives focused on improving safety culture at plants. * Achieve correct implementation of applicable ISO and SGI procedures within the business unit. * Improve service indicators aligned with NPS objectives. * Support initiatives focused on improving productivity indicators, including staffing levels, vacations, personnel adjustments, equipment, and logistics. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Required Knowledge: * Knowledge of production systems. * Inventory management and control. * SAP (desirable) * Intermediate Office software proficiency.
