Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Purchasing Manager with experience in restaurants or procurement management to ensure supply continuity and quality control of supplies, including supplier negotiation. Opportunity for growth in administrative or operational areas **Purchasing Manager** **Requirements and Responsibilities:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants or procurement. * Prior experience in **procurement, supply management, or supply logistics.** * Valid driver’s license (Class B) and availability for **frequent travel.** * Availability to work on weekends. **Responsibilities:** * **Procure supplies and materials** according to restaurant needs. * Analyze raw material pricing * Monitor raw material quality * Supervise document management during each purchase. * **Physical inventory counts** (Weekly and month-end closures) * Identify, source, and negotiate with **suppliers.** * Place **orders with suppliers** based on brand-authorized smart stock levels. * Maintain the **Purchasing Archive** (for the accountant and uploading purchases to the Inventory Archive) * **Reconcile purchases** with the accountant (weekly and month-end). * Conduct **weekly and month-end performance analysis** * Prepare purchase lists based on stock levels and consumption * Enter purchases, supplier invoices, and cash register reports into the inventory archive (organizing supporting documents) * **Invoice purchase receipts** and **verify expenses.** **We Offer:** * **Salary**: $13,000.00 monthly plus weekly tips * **Statutory benefits** and additional perks. * **Job stability and a collaborative work environment.** * Growth opportunities within the **administrative or operational area.** **Apply via Indeed or send your CV by WhatsApp to: 9933740935** Join Grupo Madison Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Operation of standard vehicles License/Certification: * Class B driver’s license (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
