




Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Control Executive to manage payroll, personnel incidents, and IMSS procedures for construction companies, ensuring compliance and administrative support. Opportunity for growth and continuous training. At Humble de México, we are looking for a Construction Control Executive to join our team. We are a consultancy specialized in IMSS compliance and subcontracting for builders and developers nationwide. What will you do in this role? * Calculate weekly or biweekly estimates for assigned clients. * Record personnel incidents on-site: attendance, absences, leaves, disabilities, and vacations. * Prepare payroll and attendance lists for the Field Liaison. * Manage registrations, cancellations, and modifications with IMSS. * Calculate severance payments and settlements where applicable. * Maintain up-to-date salary and wage databases. * Compile and safeguard personnel files. * Coordinate contract requests for new hires. What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, construction control, or similar positions. * Knowledge of IMSS (experience with SUA, IDSE, or similar platforms is desirable). * Numerical aptitude and analytical ability. * Organization, proactivity, and ability to handle pressure. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Patience and customer service orientation.
