Biweekly commissions NOT CAPPED, based on recovery Financiera Crece con Vales is a solid financial institution founded in 2018 by a group of Mexican entrepreneurs with the goal of boosting the Mexican families’ economy through credit granting—based on trust and aimed at promoting their economic development. We are hiring a Collection Agent. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Indifferent * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (preferred) * Marital status: Indifferent; minimum 1 year of experience in extrajudicial collection/asset recovery * Own vehicle (mandatory) or motorcycle in good condition * 100% fieldwork **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Difficult collections * Agreements and recovery strategies * Payment commitments **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Gasoline allowance (MXN 2,000 monthly) * Biweekly commissions based on recovery (NOT CAPPED) * Statutory benefits * Social Security If you meet all the profile requirements, apply through this channel.
