




Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, model, and analyze 3D components, ensuring quality and innovation in CNC machining processes. Key Highlights: 1. High-precision 3D design and modeling for CNC processes 2. Manufacturing analysis and continuous improvement 3. Creation of innovative concepts and design solutions **Main Responsibilities** * Create accurate and detailed 3D models. * Design parts and components for CNC machining processes (milling, turning, grinding, threading). * Perform manufacturing analysis and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures. * Generate innovative concepts and design solutions. * Visualize, communicate, and present technical proposals clearly. * Conduct analysis and simulations (FEA, motion). **Requirements** * Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Proficiency in SolidWorks. * Knowledge of technical drawing, manufacturing, and CNC processes. * Experience in manufacturing analysis and quality measurements. * Familiarity with ASME, ISO, and ANSI standards. * Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes for machining. **Key Competencies** * Solution-oriented creative thinking. * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams. * Effective communication. * Ability to visualize designs and translate them into viable proposals. * Strong attention to detail and technical precision.
