**REQUIREMENTS:** **Academic level and specialization**: Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or related field. **Professional experience**: Minimum of 2 years as a teacher, preferably with experience supporting children with diverse abilities. **Specific skills**: Empathy, creativity, patience, leadership, organization, effective communication, and adaptability. Job Description **Technical knowledge**: Inclusive teaching strategies, psychopedagogy, group management, and child socioemotional development. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Designing educational lesson plans: Developing curricula and educational materials adapted to children’s developmental levels and abilities. * Delivering classes: Implementing interactive and personalized teaching methods that foster meaningful learning. * Assessing progress: Monitoring and recording children’s academic and socioemotional development, adjusting strategies to support their growth. **• Individualized support:** Providing personalized attention to children requiring specific reinforcement, respecting their individual learning pace. **• Promoting values and coexistence:** Fostering values such as respect, inclusion, and collaboration in the classroom to cultivate a positive and safe environment. **• Interdisciplinary collaboration:** Working collaboratively with therapists, psychologists, and other teachers to align educational goals and strategies. **• Communication with parents and guardians:** Informing parents about their children’s progress and specific needs, and guiding them on strategies to reinforce learning at home. **• Organizing special activities:** Participating in planning and executing the institute’s educational, cultural, and recreational events. **WE OFFER:** Salary: $11,000 gross per month.
