Candidate evaluation and talent attraction strategies **Recruitment Specialist** **Job Description:** Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in the mining sector, particularly in underground mining operations. This position will be responsible for managing talent attraction and selection processes for operational, technical, and administrative roles, ensuring timely coverage of critical vacancies under industry quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Develop job descriptions in collaboration with underground operations leaders. * Design and implement talent attraction strategies across field and digital channels. * Evaluate candidates through competency-based interviews. * Coordinate technical, psychometric, and socioeconomic assessments. * Ensure adherence to time-to-fill targets (recruitment KPIs). * Maintain updated databases and tracking reports. * Support onboarding processes for new hires. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or Engineering disciplines, with relevant work experience. * Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience within the mining sector. * Direct experience recruiting for **underground mining** operations (mandatory). * Knowledge of operational, administrative, and supervisory profiles across various departments including mining operations, maintenance, safety, etc. * Proficiency in competency-based interviewing. * Willingness to travel and/or work onsite under a rotational schedule. * Experience using job boards and specialized recruitment sources. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (capable of conducting interviews and preparing reports). * Experience in recruitment for remote locations or rotational work arrangements. **Key Competencies:** * Effective communication * Results orientation * Organization and follow-up * Adaptability to operational environments * Decision-making **Benefits:** Competitive salary.
