Honesty, responsibility, and proactivity are highly valued Age: 23 to 35 years old Valid driver's license — MANDATORY REQUIREMENT Education: Completed or incomplete high school Labor Competency Certificate aligned with the standard: Provision of Integrated Pest Management Services Honesty and responsibility at work Punctuality Maintenance experience Client-facing communication skills On-the-spot problem resolution Responsible, proactive, and customer-service-oriented mindset Experience driving vehicles on highways and within the state of Sonora Knowledge of and ability to handle tools Knowledge of and ability to perform electrical installations Organized; able to provide suggestions for continuous improvement Always complete assigned tasks Experience in continuous improvement Empathy toward customers Ongoing training Service-oriented attitude Customer service IMSS number and tax compliance certificate Must reside south of the city Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
